More about using Fractions

You have chosen to split your estate using fractions. This is more complicated than using the option to split by percentages, but let's assume that you really are as smart as you look, and that for you handling fractions is a walk in the park.

You need to make sure that the total of all the fractions you use does not exceed 1. And usually you would need to make sure that the total is not less than one either, however we have made life easier for you by including the option to leave THE REMAINDER to someone. You can only leave the remainder to one person.

Let's say you want to leave one sixth of your estate to your uncle and the remainder to your mother. You would simply select "ONE SIXTH" for your uncle and "THE REMAINDER" for your mother.
